EPC mode has brought great convenient conditions for engineering project management.In this mode,the general contractor unit shall be responsible for the quality,duration,safety and cost control in the whole life cycle of the project.This paper focuses on the analysis of project cost control in EPC mode,first introduces the characteristics of project cost in EPC mode,then introduces the key points of EPC project cost control,and finally puts forward the project cost control strategy in EPC mode from the perspective of the whole process cost,so as to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
