Cost control plays an important role in the construction project management,and can effectively reduce the cost of construction projects and improve the quality and efficiency of construction projects.The cost control strategies in construction project management include budget preparation and monitoring,cost risk management,supply chain management,and other aspects.The implementation of these strategies will provide a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of construction projects.Therefore,this paper analyzes the cost control strategy in construction project management,and the research results can provide reference for related research.
