Cost management is an important part of the construction engineering management system,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the related content of cost management.This paper takes the whole-process control in construction project cost management as the research object,briefly analyzes the basic significance,sorts out the application principles,and analyzes the specific measures of the whole-process control of cost management in detail from three important stages:before construction,during construction and after construction,aiming to provide thinking direction for more construction engineering related units,improve the comprehensive quality of cost management,and promote the healthy development of China's construction field.
