High-quality foundation treatment technology is the key link to improve the quality of house construction projects,and construction enterprises pay attention to improving the quality of foundation treatment,formulate targeted foundation treatment plans based on the actual project,and improve the foundation stability of house construction projects.During the actual construction,the relevant personnel are required to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction characteristics of the foundation technology project,choose to use the appropriate construction technology to deal with common problems,and ensure the construction quality of the foundation engineering.Therefore,this paper expounds the foundation engineering and its construction characteristics in building construction,so as to provide a certain reference value for the smooth development of building construction activities.
