本文以某工程地下室为例,该工程为超长混凝土结构,利用温度应力的计算方法,从整体上掌握由温度引起的结构变形及内力,明确结构上温度应力集中位置,以有针对性地制定相应的构造措施,同时合理设置后浇带和温度构造钢筋.通过在环境温差、材料、混凝土的生产工艺和施工等方面进行有效控制,可以有效地缩短工期,减少工程成本,防止有害裂纹的产生,从而使超长地下室结构达到无缝设计目标,为同类工程提供参考.
Analysis of Dynamic Control Technology for Cracks in Basement Concrete Structure
This paper takes the basement of a project as an example,and this project is an ultra-long concrete structure.The calculation method of temperature stress is used to comprehensively grasp the structural deformation caused by temperature and internal force,and clarify the concentration position of temperature stress on the structure,so as to formulate corresponding structural measures in a targeted manner.At the same time,the post-cast strip and temperature constructional reinforcement are reasonably arranged.Through effective control in the environmental temperature difference,materials,concrete production process and construction,the construction period can be effectively shortened,the project cost can be reduced,and the generation of harmful cracks can be prevented,so that the ultra-long basement structure can achieve the seamless design goal and provide reference for similar projects.
