随着交通体系持续发展,高速铁路工程建设不断开展.其中连续梁工程作为高速铁路施工中的重要组成部分,施工质量得到重点关注.在施工时,悬臂浇筑施工应用较广,但对箱梁荷载能力、变形问题考虑不足,导致浇筑效果不理想.本文结合实际案例,阐述高速铁路连续梁工程悬臂浇筑施工技术要点,提出提升箱梁荷载强度、有效规避变形问题的措施.最终结果证明,方法科学有效,可以保证工程高差在5.0mm范围内,显著提升施工质量.
Cast-in-place Cantilever Construction Technology for High-Speed Railway Continuous Beam Project
With the continuous development of the transportation system,the construction of high-speed railway projects has been carried out continuously.Among them,the continuous beam project is an important part in the construction of high-speed railway,and the construction quality has been a focus.During construction,cast-in-place cantilever construction is widely used.However,the load capacity and deformation of the box girder are not taken into sufficient consideration,resulting in unsatisfactory pouring effect.Combined with actual cases,this paper expounds the key points of cast-in-place cantilever construction technology of high-speed railway continuous beam project,and proposes measures to improve the load strength of box girder and effectively avoid deformation.The final results demonstrate that the method is scientific and effective,and can ensure that the height difference of the project is within the range of 5.0 mm,which significantly improves the construction quality.
