Abstract
With the intensification of people's attention to ecological and sustainability issues,the management of construction projects is transforming to green construction and innovation management.Environmental protection construction has become the new industry standard,requiring innovations in material selection,energy efficiency and waste management.This poses challenges for builders and managers to continuously innovate and improve skills,not only to optimize construction quality and efficiency,but also to promote environmental harmony and project sustainability.This paper will discuss innovative management methods and practical strategies for green construction,aiming to promote industry development and environmental protection.
