摘要
和传统的建筑行业相对比,装配式建筑更加的绿色环保,可以使得建筑的效率水平不断提高,而且还可以尽量地缩短施工时间,具有的竞争力非常强大,这是我国建筑行业比较倡导的一个转型升级发展方向.本文主要针对装配式建筑工程造价的具体影响因素进行研究,并且分析其管控要点,希望建筑工程的质量水平能够得到进一步的提升.
Abstract
Compared with the traditional construction industry,prefabricated construction are more green and environmentally protective,and can continuously improve the construction efficiency level and shorten the construction time as much as possible,and has a very strong competitiveness,it is a transformation and upgrading development direction advocated by China's construction industry.This paper mainly investigates the specific influencing factors of the prefabricated construction project cost,and analyzes the key control points,hoping to further improve the quality level of construction projects.
