摘要
在工程项目的建设过程中,及时有效地识别和应对项目风险,对项目建设和管理具有重要作用.本文以S医院项目为例,运用XWRS方法论建立分析框架,对项目的进行完整分析并有效识别项目的风险.通过分析项目存在的问题,提出有效建议.一是采取有效的管理方法,提升对风险的识别能力;二是对项目采取动态监测的方法;三是加强各方之间的沟通协调;四是学习、引进并创新方法.
Abstract
In the construction process of engineering projects,the timely and effective identification and response to project risks play an important role in project construction and management.Taking the S Hospital project as an example,this paper uses the XWRS methodology to establish an analytical framework and conduct a complete analysis of the project and effectively identify the risks of the project.By analyzing the problems in the project,effective suggestions are put forward.The first one is to adopt effective management methods and improve the ability to identify risks;the second one is to adopt the method of dynamic monitoring of projects;the third one is to strengthen communication and coordination between all parties;the fourth one is to learn,introduce and innovate methods.
