摘要
本文对项目造价控制中的工程预算重要性展开分析.结合某项目实例对设计、施工、竣工各阶段造价控制工作中建筑工程预算的具体应用,提出需要做好项目前期准备与可行性预算报告,全面编制工程工程预算并进行严格审查,最终基于价值工程科学优选预算方案.通过进行工程预算对比功能、成本、价值三系数,发现提出采用钢筋混凝土空心板作为最佳预算方案.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the importance of project budget in project cost control.Combined with a project case,for the specific application of the construction project budget in the cost control work at each stage of design,construction and completion,it is proposed that the preliminary preparation and feasibility budget report of the project should be formulated,the project budget should be comprehensively prepared and strictly reviewed,and finally the budget scheme should be optimized based on the value engineering science.By comparing the three coefficients of function,cost and value of the project budget,it is found that the reinforced concrete hollow slab is proposed as the optimal budget scheme.
