Research on Measures for Housing Construction Project Management and Construction Quality
In the development process of the construction industry,housing construction project is a key project.However,after the housing building is put into use,problems such as leakage and cracks often occur,which affect the normal use of residents.Therefore,it is vital to improve the construction quality and control management of housing construction projects,and it is necessary for management personnel to increase quality supervision in each construction link so as to improve the quality of housing construction.This paper discusses the importance of construction quality control in housing construction projects,as well as the problems in the construction of current housing construction projects,and proposes some effective quality prevention and control measures,so as to provide some reference for relevant staff.
