摘要
本文先阐述了建设工程造价管理的重要性和全过程造价管理的概念;然后分析了建设工程造价全过程管理策略,包括项目前期决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段的造价管理;接着提出了建设工程造价全过程管理措施,包括建立健全造价管理体系、提高造价管理人员素质、加强全过程造价监控、采用先进的造价管理手段和完善造价管理制度;最后探讨了建设工程造价全过程管理中的风险控制和信息化建设.
Abstract
This paper first expounds the importance of construction project cost management and the concept of whole-process cost management;then analyzes the whole-process management strategy of construction project cost,including the cost management at the preliminary decision-making stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the completion settlement stage;subsequently proposes the whole-process management measures of construction project cost,including establishing and improving the cost management system,improving the quality of cost management personnel,strengthening the whole-process cost monitoring,adopting advanced cost management methods and improving the cost management system;finally discusses the risk control and informatization construction in the whole-process management of construction project cost.
