本文主要探讨了建设工程造价估算与成本控制的策略.首先介绍了建设工程造价估算的概念、作用和原则,然后分析了造价估算与成本控制的关键因素.其次详细讨论了建设工程造价估算的不同阶段.在成本控制策略部分,提出了成本控制目标设定、成本控制计划制定、成本控制措施实施和成本控制效果评估等策略.最后介绍了优化方法.
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the strategies of construction project cost estimation and cost control.Firstly,the concept,function and principle of construction project cost estimation are introduced,and then the key factors of cost estimation and cost control are analyzed.Secondly,the different stages of construction project cost estimation are discussed in detail.In the part of cost control strategy,the strategies of cost control target setting,cost control plan formulation,cost control measure implementation and cost control effect evaluation are proposed.Finally,the optimization method is introduced.
