摘要
随着时代发展,我国水利事业也取得了长足发展,为国家经济建设做出了巨大贡献.水利工程施工管理是一项系统性工程,影响着整个水利工程项目的质量与进度,因此要积极重视施工管理工作,确保水利工程项目施工的顺利开展.通过分析水利工程施工管理存在的问题,提出有针对性的解决措施,对保证水利工程项目的质量与进度具有重要意义.本文主要从水利工程施工管理概述、水利工程施工管理存在的问题、水利工程施工管理策略三方面展开分析.
Abstract
With the development of the times,China's water conservancy industry has also obtained great progress,and has made great contributions to the national economic construction.The construction management of water conservancy projects is a systematic project,which affects the quality and progress of the entire water conservancy project,so it is necessary to actively attach importance to the construction management work and ensure the smooth construction of the water conservancy project.By analyzing the problems in the construction management of water conservancy projects,the targeted solutions are proposed,which is of great significance to ensure the quality and progress of water conservancy projects.This paper mainly analyzes the overview of water conservancy project construction management,the existing problems of water conservancy project construction management,and the strategy of water conservancy project construction management.
