Abstract
This paper discusses the application and challenges of project cost management in green construction.First,the definition,principles,advantages and development trends of green construction are introduced.Then,the application of project cost management in green construction is elaborated,including budgeteering,cost evaluation of materials and technologies,cost control and cost-benefit analysis.Subsequently,the challenges faced by project cost management in green construction are analyzed.Finally,strategies and suggestions to deal with the challenges are put forward.
