Strategies of Effectively Improving Housing Construction Project Management and Construction Quality
Construction project management plays a promoting role in the stable and sustainable development of construction enterprises,and its management level often has a direct impact on the development of construction enterprises.At the present stage,with the acceleration of urbanization process,an increasing number of medium-and large-scale housing construction projects emerge in the city.In order to meet various needs of the people for housing construction projects,it is necessary to strengthen project management,strictly control the quality of different construction processes,and subsequently achieve the goal of high-quality construction of housing construction products.In view of this condition,based on the analysis of the current situation of housing construction project management and construction quality,this paper proposes effective measures to improve the management and construction quality of housing construction projects for reference.
