摘要
在建筑工程施工中会遇到很多的问题,工程造价管理的落实,对于施工成果存在巨大的影响,应根据建筑工程施工特点,对建筑工程造价管理的平台建设,及时地更新造价信息,采取先进的理念和方法去调整,逐步推动建筑工程向前发展.同时,建筑工程造价管理的相关规范要逐步完善,给出较多的依据,符合国家的相关要求.本文重点对新时代背景下建筑工程造价管理存在的问题进行了探讨,并指出建筑工程造价管理的优化策略,以供参考.
Abstract
There are a lot of problems encountered in the construction of construction projects,the implementation of project cost management has a huge impact on the construction results.In the platform construction of the construction project cost management,according to the construction characteristics of construction projects,it is necessary to timely update the cost information,adopt advanced concepts and methods for adjustment,and gradually promote the development of construction projects.At the same time,the relevant specifications of construction project cost management should be gradually improved,giving more basis and meeting the relevant requirements of the state.This paper focuses on the problems in the construction project cost management in the new era,and points out the optimization strategies of construction project cost management for reference.
