精细化管理在道路施工管理中的应用与实践分析

摘要
伴随经济水平的快速增长,道路工程建设施工数量增加,从而为社会主义现代化建设的持续推进,为国民经济发展奠定坚实基础.本文通过将精细化管理应用于道路工程施工作业中,分别从施工前的各项准备工作、施工阶段的监管与执行管理、竣工阶段的仔细核验和相关工作人员的能力提升等几个方面进行论述,希望以科学、系统且专业化的方式,全面促进道路工程施工的有序开展,为城市化建设创造更好的前提条件.
Abstract
With the rapid growth of economic level,the number of road engineering construction projects has increased,which has laid a solid foundation for the continuous promotion of socialist modernization construction and the development of the national economy.By applying refined management to road engineering construction operations,this paper discusses the pre-construction preparations,the supervision and implementation management at the construction stage,the careful verification at the completion stage and the ability improvement of relevant staff,hoping to comprehensively promote the orderly development of road engineering construction in a scientific,systematic and professional way,and create better prerequisites for urbanization construction.
