摘要
在市政工程建设中,确保有力度、有序地开展管理工作,是施工安全及质量的重要保障,实际的管理水平也决定了工程能够正常运作,并最终按照预期完成验收.在工程建设中,必须要加强市政工程管理,优化管理措施,制定完善的管理机制,促进市政工程建设的健康发展.本文结合实际情况,分析了当前市政工程管理中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地给出了相关解决措施.各位同仁借鉴,以期能全面提升管理能力,带动行业的发展.
Abstract
In the construction of municipal engineering,it is an important guarantee of construction safety and quality to ensure that the management work is carried out in a strong and orderly manner,and the actual management level also determines the normal operation of the project and the final completion of the acceptance as expected.In the construction of the project,it is necessary to strengthen the management of municipal engineering,optimize management measures,formulate a sound management mechanism,and promote the healthy development of municipal engineering construction.Combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the main problems in the current municipal engineering management,and gives relevant targeted solutions,which provide reference for peers,so as to comprehensively improve management capabilities and promote the development of the industry.
