摘要
中心花园历史文化街区位于天津市原法租界的中心地带,是最能代表天津法租界景观特色的精华之地,是近代天津社会、经济、文化发展的一个缩影,也是天津近代发展的重要物质载体.城市发展应具备长远眼光,完善街区的综合功能,更好地保护中心花园历史文化街区的历史文化风貌,使街区在发展过程中充分发挥自身人文和物质资源优势.本文深入分析天津中心花园历史文化街区的价值与发展历程,对历史街区的活化利用进行探索与总结.
Abstract
The Central Garden historical and cultural block district,located in the center of the former Tianjin French Concession,is the place that can best represent the essence of the landscape characteristics of Tianjin French Concession,a epitome of the social,economic and cultural development of modern Tianjin,and an important material carrier of modern Tianjin development.Urban development should have a long-term vision,improve the comprehensive functions of the block,better protect the historical and cultural features of the Central Garden historical and cultural block district,and exert the advantages of the block in human and material resources during the development.This paper deeply analyzes the value and development process of Tianjin Central Garden historical and cultural block district,and explores and summarizes the activation and utilization of historical block districts.
