摘要

伴随着数字化、信息化技术的不断发展,建设智慧工地成为建筑施工企业当前重要的工作之一.智慧工地的核心是对数据进行综合分析与应用,实现人与工程的互动交流,BIM技术的可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性的优势为智慧工地的建设提供了新思路.本文以在建项目为例,结合BIM技术在智慧工地中的场地部署、施工模拟、碰撞检查、安全管理、设备管理和劳务管理六个方面进行综合分析.结果表明,BIM技术在智慧工地的应用为建筑单位数字化升级转型提供了技术支持.

Abstract

With the continuous development of digitalization and informatization technology,the construction of smart construction site has become one of the important tasks of construction enterprises.The core of the smart construction site is the comprehensive analysis and application of data to realize the interactive communication between people and projects,and the advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation and optimization of BIM technology provide new ideas for the construction of smart construction site.Taking the project under construction as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes six aspects of BIM technology in smart construction site:site deployment,construction simulation,collision inspection,safety management,equipment management and labor management.The results show that,the application of BIM technology in smart construction site provides technical support for the digitalization upgrade and transformation of construction units.
