Case Analysis on Influencing Factors of High-Rise Residential Building Project Cost
With the continuous increase of China's urban population,the construction of high-rise residential buildings has become an important part of the national real estate development,and its cost will affect the actual economic development,and the related systematic studies are increasing.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the project cost within the approved cost range.Aiming at the cost problem of high-rise residential building projects,taking five representative residential building projects in a certain region as a case,Glodon cost management system is used to investigate the influencing factors of construction project costs.
