摘要
建筑工程中加强对施工进度的管理,才能使企业的市场竞争力得到提升.我国城市化进程发展飞快,建筑工程不但数量得到增加,其结构也越来越复杂.建筑企业竞争激烈的今天,必须对建筑工程进度进行合理管理.本文对施工进度管理的重要性与影响因素进行分析,并结合进度管理应用策略进行优化措施的探讨,供相关行业参考.
Abstract
Strengthening the management of construction schedule in construction engineering can enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.China's urbanization process is developing rapidly,and the number of construction projects is increasing,also the structure is becoming increasingly complex.Nowadays,with the fierce competition of construction enterprises,reasonable management of construction project schedule must be carried out.In this paper,the importance and influencing factors of construction schedule management are analyzed,and the optimization measures are discussed in combination with the application strategy of schedule management for reference in related industries.
