摘要
在国家的快速发展与城镇化的推动下,人民的物质生活不断改善,对居住品质提出了更高的需求,其中建筑工程的安全性就显得尤为重要.因此,本文将安全和施工技术管理列为重点,针对目前建设项目施工管理工作中存在的问题,从施工现场的安全管理制度体系、施工材料和特殊设施管理以及技术管理体系等几个角度,对强化施工现状的安全和施工技术管理提出了积极的措施.
Abstract
Driven by the rapid development and urbanization,people's material life has been continuously improved,and higher demands have been put forward for the quality of living,among which the safety of construction projects is particularly important.Therefore,this paper focuses on safety and construction technology management,targets at the problems in the construction management of construction projects at present,and puts forward positive measures to strengthen the safety and construction technology management of construction status from the perspectives of safety management system,construction materials and special facilities management,as well as technical management system at the construction sites.
