摘要
随着全球经济一体化的不断深入,工程总承包模式在工程建设领域的应用越来越广泛.EPC工程总承包模式,即设计-采购-施工一体化的总承包模式,因其具有优化工程设计、降低采购成本、缩短建设周期等优势,受到广大业主的欢迎.在EPC工程总承包模式下,工程造价管理面临着诸多挑战,本文探讨了EPC工程总承包模式下的工程造价管理策略.
Abstract
With the deepening of global economic integration,the application of project general contracting mode in the field of engineering construction is increasingly wide.The EPC project general contracting mode,that is,the general contracting mode of design-procurement-construction integration,is welcomed by the majority of owners because of its advantages of optimizing engineering design,reducing procurement costs,and shortening the construction period.In the EPC project general contracting mode,the project cost management is faced with many challenges.This paper discusses the project cost management strategy in the EPC project general contracting mode.
