Causes and Countermeasures of Construction Project Cost Over-Budget
In the construction project,the cost budget is one of the links that can not be ignored,the construction unit can forecast the economic benefits and investment return of construction projects through the cost budget,thus providing the data reference for the construction project investment decision-making work and promoting the smooth completion of projects.However,in actual work,the over-budget situation is frequent,which is caused by many factors.The cost over-budget in each stage will lead to insufficient overall construction project investment funds,and more risks for the project construction.Therefore,how to calculate project cost accurately and avoid budget overrun,construction enterprises should optimize many aspects,comprehensively analyze the factors that affect project cost budget and improve them,reduce the occurrence of cost over-budget.This paper discusses the above contents.
