摘要
建筑工程施工阶段的管理工作非常复杂,涉及的单位和人员众多.甲方在这个阶段需要做好各项管理工作,包括施工合同的签订与管理、施工进度的控制与监督、质量管理、安全管理、协调各个参与方的工作等,甲方的有效管理对于建筑工程的顺利进行和最终的成功投产或使用至关重要.笔者结合多年工作经验,深入分析甲方在建筑工程施工现场的重要作用,并针对性阐述甲方在施工现场的管理策略,希望可以给相关专业人员提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
The management in the construction stage of construction project is very complex,involving many units and personnel.In this stage,Party A needs to perform well in various management work,including the signing and management of construction contracts,the control and supervision of construction progress,quality management,safety management,and the coordination among various participating parties.The effective management of the Party A is essential for the smooth progress of the construction project and the eventual successful commissioning or use.Based on years of work experience,the author deeply analyzes the important role of Party A at the construction site of construction projects,and expounds the management strategy of Party A at the construction site,hoping to provide reference for relevant professionals.
