Application of Whole-Process Management in Construction Engineering Project Management
With the continuous growth of the urbanization process,the rapid development of the construction industry has been driven,and the management scope of the construction project has also been changed.Based on this change,the management concept should be innovated,so that the construction management of the construction project can achieve more ideal results.In order to save the project funds,reduce the project budget,and ensure the safety and quality of the construction project,the whole-process management mode must be adopted.Therefore,the whole-process management should be implemented during the construction period,so as to timely understand the risk factors in the project,and promote the improvement of the project quality control ability.Therefore,this paper analyzes the application of the whole-process management in the construction engineering project management,which has certain reference value.
