Risk Analysis and Control of Impact of Open-Cut Foundation Pit on Subway Shield Tunnel
The Genshan East Road River Crossing Tunnel project in Hangzhou is a tunnel between Yunshui Station and Xiasha Jiangbin Station of Metro Line 1 on YK0+674~YK0+736.This section of the tunnel is constructed by open-cut method, the depth of the foundation pit is 9.6m~9.8m,the width of the foundation pit is 47.9m,and the distance between the bottom of the foundation pit and the tunnel is about 5.2m~5.3m.In the construction process, the main tunnel should not affect the safety of the tunnel structure and normal operation in the subway section below, and the construction is difficult and risky.Once the construction organization is unreasonable or a safety accident occurs,it will cause great social impact and cause huge economic and reputation losses to the construction unit. This paper takes the project as an example to analyze and identify the risk of the scheme and the construction process, and puts forward risk control measures and suggestions to minimize the influence of the foundation pit construction of the upper span subway tunnel on the existing shield tunnel,so as to ensure the stability of the shield tunnel structure and the safety of subway trains. This paper is expected to provide reference for similar projects.
