Research on Key Points of Safety Construction and Safety Guarantee of Subway Shield Engineering
This study aims to improve the quality level of subway engineering construction,discusses and refines a series of quality and safety control measures for subway shield construction through an in-depth analysis of the working mechanism and technical characteristics of subway shield technology,combined with the construction process of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 7 civil engineering TJ7019 bid section.This paper first explains the operating principle of the shield machine in detail,including the principle of earth pressure balance and its protection effect on the surrounding environment,and then analyzes the key technical difficulties in the shield construction process,such as geological adaptability,construction parameter optimization,and segment assembly accuracy.Through practical verification,the proposed safeguard measures can significantly improve the construction quality while ensuring the safety of construction.
