建筑施工企业房建项目成本控制的策略分析

摘要
随着我国城市化步伐的不断加快,我国建筑行业正面临新的发展契机,同时建筑行业的竞争愈演愈烈.为在激烈竞争的市场环境下获取更多的生存和发展空间,建筑企业需要同时关注项目建设质量与成本控制.然而,从目前行业发展情况来看,许多建筑施工企业管理层对于施工成本控制重视程度不足,仍存在着一些问题.因此,本文主要对建筑施工企业项目成本控制的重要性以及当前建筑施工企业项目成本控制存在的问题进行分析,并提出有关成本控制策略,以供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,China's construction industry is facing new development opportunities,and the competition in the construction industry is becoming fierce.In order to obtain more space for survival and development in the fiercely competitive market environment,construction enterprises need to pay attention to the project construction quality and cost control.However,based on the current industry development,the management personnel of many construction enterprises fail to pay enough attention to construction cost control,and there are still some problems.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the importance of project cost control in construction enterprises and the problems in the current project cost control in construction enterprises,and puts forward relevant cost control strategies for reference.
