摘要
项目管理是公路工程管理的重点,且包含较多内容,其中进度管理会对质量管理、成本管理、安全管理等产生影响,需要持续加强公路工程中的进度管理,并强调管理的不断创新.本文主要围绕公路工程项目管理中进度管理的创新展开分析,通过对进度管理意义与进度管理影响因素的分析,从多角度给出创新管理策略,旨在更好地指导公路工程管理项目中的进度管理,提升进度管理水平与效果.
Abstract
Project management is the focus of highway engineering management,and involves many contents,among which schedule management will have an impact on quality management,cost management and safety management,and it is necessary to continuously strengthen the schedule management in highway engineering,and emphasize the continuous innovation of management.This paper mainly analyzes the innovation of schedule management in highway engineering project management,analyzes the significance and the influencing factors of schedule management,and gives innovation management strategies from multiple perspectives,aiming to better guide the schedule management in highway engineering management projects and improve the level and effect of schedule management.
