摘要

为有效预防基坑变形对建筑结构造成的风险,各建筑工程项目需将深基坑监测作为重点环节.本文以某商业建筑的深基坑工程作为研究对象,基于深基坑工程监测的必要性,分析了桩顶水平位移及沉降、桩身变形、支撑轴力、立柱竖向位移及地下水位、周边建筑物及地表沉降的监测目的、方案及结论,说明了深基坑监测对施工作业的重要意义,以期为同类型项目提供参考与借鉴.

Abstract

In order to effectively prevent the risk caused by foundation pit deformation to the building structure,the monitoring of deep foundation pit should be the key aspect in all construction engineering projects.With a commercial building deep foundation pit engineering as a research object,based on the necessity of deep foundation pit engineering monitoring,this paper analyzes the pile top horizontal displacement and settlement,pile body deformation,support shaft force,column vertical displacement and ground water level,surrounding buildings and surface settlement monitoring purpose,scheme and conclusion,illustrates the importance of deep foundation pit monitoring for construction operation,so as to provide reference for the same type of projects.
