摘要
随着建筑工程行业迅速发展,对工程结算审核工作需要变得更加全面,要想出具客观、公正、高质量的评审报告,对建设项目进行现场踏勘已成为结算审核的一项必要程序.本文根据笔者多年工作实践经验,对现场踏勘的前期准备工作及踏勘工作要点进行分析,供大家参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction engineering industry,the project settlement audit needs to become more comprehensive.In order to issue an objective,fair and high-quality evaluation report,site survey of construction projects has become a necessary procedure for settlement audit.Based on the author's practical work experience over years,the preliminary preparation work and key points of the site survey are analyzed,for reference.
