摘要
精酿啤酒是近年来在我国快速兴起的一种酒精饮料,这种饮料的生产具有小规模生产和品质要求高的特点.然而对于该类产品的生产建筑设计研究还处于起步阶段,该类建筑的部分设计实践还存在一些共性的问题.本文将通过文献研究、案例分析和实地考察的方式来总结该类建筑设计实践的概况,针对共性问题和优秀案例经验总结该类建筑的设计原则,并在厂址选择、功能分区、流线组织和装修、立面设计方面提出一些可操作的设计策略.
Abstract
Craft beer is an alcoholic beverage that has emerged rapidly in China in recent years,and the production of this beverage has the characteristics of small-scale production and high quality requirements.However,the research on the design of production buildings for such products is still in the initiation stage,and there are still some common problems in the design practice of this type of building.This paper summarizes the general situation of design practice of this type of building through literature research,case analysis and field investigation,summarizes the design principles of this type of building in view of common problems and excellent case experience,and puts forward some feasible design strategies in site selection,functional zoning,streamline organization and decoration,as well as facade design.
