Discussion on Characteristics of Residence Buildings in Northern Zhejiang in 1990s
As a typical waterfront town in the south of the Yangtze River,the residence buildings in northern Zhejiang have formed the present form over hundreds of years of precipitation.In order to explore and study the relevant architectural characteristics of residence buildings in northern Zhejiang,taking some typical residence buildings in northern Zhejiang in the 1990s as an example,this paper analyzes the plane layout,facade modeling and decorative materials of residence buildings from the perspective of architecture and design art,so as to provide a certain reference for the excavation of local architectural characteristics and the optimization of traditional residence buildings.At the same time,the northern Zhejiang is a relatively fast-developing region,the research on the characteristics of its residence buildings has great reference significance for other regions.
