摘要
全生命周期住宅套型,是住宅设计领域已经逐步发展出的全新设计理念,目前该领域发展刚起步,仍有较多不足.全生命周期住宅套型在满足居民居住的同时,又能带来较多的社会效益,促进房地产市场良性发展,带动相关产业进步.本文结合较多住宅套型设计研究,总结及梳理全生命周期住宅套型的现状、特征及发展意义.
Abstract
The full-life-cycle dwelling unit type is a new design concept that has been gradually developed in the field of residential design.At present,the development of this field has just initiated,and there are still many deficiencies.The full-life-cycle dwelling unit type can not only meet the needs of residence,but also bring more social benefits,promote the healthy development of the real estate market,and promote the progress of related industries.This paper summarizes and sorts out the current situation,characteristics and development significance of full-life-cycle dwelling unit type based on the research on the design of various dwelling unit type.
