施工项目造价预结算的审核,是一种专业性、知识性、政策性、技术性很强的综合性工作.在审查工作中,始终保持着一种认真严谨的工作作风,与造价管理部门紧密配合,使施工费用达到最低,经济效益达到最大.要正视建筑业造价管理的现实情况,找到施工项目造价预结算工作中出现的问题并予以解决,从而改善项目造价控制能力,使企业更好地发展下去.
Abstract
The pre-settlement audit of construction project cost is a kind of comprehensive work with strong professional,knowledgeable,policy-oriented and technical nature.In the audit work,it is necessary to always maintain a serious and rigorous work style,and closely cooperate with the cost management department to minimize the construction cost and maximize the economic benefits.It is necessary to face up to the reality of cost management in the construction industry,find out the problems that arise in the pre-settlement of construction project cost and solve these problems,so as to improve the project cost control ability and enable the better development of enterprises.
