Reasons and Countermeasures for Cost Over-Budget in Hydropower Installation Projects
With the development of economy,the construction scale of hydropower projects is also expanding,and at the same time,the problem of cost over-budget becomes increasingly prominent due to the characteristics of difficult construction,high investment and high technical requirements.This paper firstly analyzes the main influencing factors of cost overrun and summarizes the fundamental conclusions and suggestions;then discusses and studies the human operation errors and unqualified material quality in the construction process from the technical level,and proposes reasonable and effective measures to reduce the unnecessary loss of project budget due to negligence and improve economic benefits.
