摘要
本文在阐述港口工程造价的含义和主要作用的基础上,对港口工程造价的影响因素进行了剖析,并提出了相应的控制对策.要严格执行港口建设项目的招标程序,构建完善的港口工程造价,加强项目建设过程中的造价管理,在项目发生变化后,对项目造价进行灵活的管理,将港口项目造价控制中常用的几种方式联系起来.
Abstract
On the basis of expounding the meaning and main role of port engineering cost,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of port engineering cost,and puts forward corresponding control countermeasures.It is necessary to strictly implement the bidding procedures for port construction projects,build a perfect port engineering cost,strengthen the cost management in the process of project construction,and carry out flexible management of project cost after the project changes,and integrates several commonly used methods in port project cost control.
