Analysis of Urban and Rural Planning Strategy Based on "Dual Carbon" Goal
In order to solve the problem of insufficient environmental protection concept in urban and rural planning, avoid the resulting dilemma of ecological coordination ability decline, and ensure the steady implementation of the"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"strategy, this paper conducts an in-depth and systematic exploration.Firstly, the relationship between the"dual carbon"goal and urban and rural planning is briefly analyzed, and it is pointed out that both urban and rural areas are important sources of carbon emissions and governance objects. On this basis, feasible strategies and methods for improving urban and rural planning are summarized, and a series of suggestions are put forward, such as reconstructing the spatial pattern, adjusting the consumption pattern, optimizing the industrial structure, and improving the allocation of resources.
