摘要
外墙渗漏是房屋普遍存在的质量问题类型,尤其针对使用时间相对较长的房屋而言,受到外界环境侵蚀影响以及外墙材料老化等问题的影响,房屋外墙出现渗漏的风险相对而言较高.外墙的渗漏不仅能够导致建筑内部的湿度可控性降低,同时外墙渗漏能够导致建筑外墙的整体强度降低,即外墙渗漏本身同样可能导致建筑本身质量出现一定程度的降低.根据当前建筑技术发展的整体情况,针对建筑外墙建筑渗漏的普遍性原因,本文对如何进行外墙防渗进行了全面分析.
Abstract
External wall seepage is a common type of quality problem in houses,especially for houses that have been used for a relatively long time,due to the influence of external environmental erosion and the aging of external wall materials,the risk of seepage on the external wall of houses is relatively high.The seepage on the external wall can not only lead to the reduction of the humidity controllability within the building,but also the seepage on the external wall can lead to the reduction of the overall strength of the external wall of the building,that is,the seepage on the external wall itself may also cause a certain degree of reduction in the quality of the building itself.According to the overall situation of the current development of building technology,this paper comprehensively analyzes how to prevent the seepage of the external wall in view of the common causes of seepage on the building external wall.
