Design and Construction of Prefabricated Spinning Steel Pipe Pile with Enlarged End
This paper discusses the advantages of prefabricated spinning steel pipe pile with enlarged end,and puts forward the design ideas of prefabricated spinning steel pipe pile with enlarged end,that is,focusing on the general regulations,structure and weld form and size,through the discussion of relevant design parameters and processes,the specific construction process of prefabricated spinning steel pipe pile with enlarged end is discussed,and the production and construction,product production and factory inspection,construction preparation,and construction technology are analyzed and studied.The study results show that,in the key construction process,the site acceptance for components should be performed during hoisting,and the pile frame and hoisting sequence should be determined through high-efficient construction by reviewing the position of the pile core and checking the mechanical levelness.
