近些年来,随着装配式建筑的不断发展,使得其在住宅建筑领域中也得到了广泛的推广.对住宅建筑而言,电气设计是极为重要的一项内容,直接关系到建筑基本功能的实现,必须要对电气设计工作提起重视.但同时装配式住宅建筑电气设计有其自身的特点,对设计方法的运用要求较高,如何结合建筑使用功能等方面的要求,确保电气设计工作顺利进行并得到落实,也成了一个重要的问题.本文则以建筑电气设计为切入点,首先对电气设计的原则进行了明确,而后就具体的电气设计办法进行深入分析,在这一基础上,对装配式住宅电气设计未来的发展进行展望,旨在为相关人员提供一定的参考和借鉴作用.
Electrical Design Methods and Development of Prefabricated Residential Buildings
In recent years,with the continuous development of prefabricated buildings,it has been widely promoted in the field of residential construction.For residential buildings,electrical design is a very important content,which is directly related to the realization of the basic function of the building,so it is necessary to pay attention to the electrical design work.However,the electrical design of prefabricated residential buildings has its own characteristics,and has a higher application requirement for design methods.How to combine with the requirements of building use functions and other aspects to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of electrical design has become an important issue.This paper takes building electrical design as the starting point,first clarifies the principles of electrical design,and then analyzes the specific electrical design methods.On this basis,the future development of electrical design of prefabricated residential buildings is prospected,aiming to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
