摘要
在建筑行业中,建筑施工涉及多项工序,施工流程复杂,增加项目管理工作难度.对此,亟待优化制定建筑工程施工技术以及项目管理策略,提升建筑施工技术,合理管理施工项目,以提升工程施工质量和项目管理水平,发挥积极影响.本文研究中,基于某建筑工程案例,分析其工程实践中的施工技术难点问题,并优化施工技术与项目管理策略,以确保建筑工程整体质量得到提升.
Abstract
In the construction industry,building construction involves multiple processes,and the construction process is complex,which increases the difficulty of project management.In this regard,it is urgent to optimize and formulate construction engineering construction technology and project management strategies,improve construction technology,and reasonably manage construction projects,so as to improve the construction quality and project management level,and exert a positive impact.In this paper,based on a construction project case,the difficult points and problems of construction technology in engineering practice are analyzed,and the construction technology and project management strategy are optimized to ensure that the overall quality of construction projects is improved.
