摘要
水是生命之源,生产之要,生态之基.对我国农业经济发展具有重要的影响和意义,我国通过采用水利灌溉工程来提升灌溉质量,有助于水资源的输送和利用,在此过程中可以降低成本和费用,获得较高的经济效益.基于以上情况,本篇文章主要是以伊川县灌溉工程为例,对水利节水灌溉工程进行深入分析.
Abstract
Water is the source of life,the key to production,and the foundation of ecology.It has an important impact on and significance for the development of China's agricultural economy.In China,the water conservancy irrigation projects are used to improve the quality of irrigation,which is conducive to the transportation and utilization of water resources.In such process,the costs and expenses can be reduced,and higher economic benefits are obtained.Based on the above situation,this paper takes the irrigation project in Yichuan County as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of the water conservancy water-saving irrigation project.
