Quality Control of Subway Prefabricated Integral Ballast Bed Construction
The subway prefabricated integral ballast bed is a new type of track structure,with a short construction period,stable quality and convenient maintenance.In this paper,taking the VI-GS-01 project in Suzhou as an example,the construction scheme,process flow and quality control measures of the subway prefabricated integral ballast bed are introduced,and the mix ratio design,pouring quality requirements and maintenance requirements of ZXSF self-compacting concrete are analyzed,aiming to provide reference for similar projects.
