摘要
总体来看,建筑工程不同于其他工程项目,它是一项具有设计、决策、施工以及验收等多方面功能的复杂工程项目,各个施工环节环环相扣、相互制约、相互管理.因此对于房屋建筑工程施工技术和现场施工管理就要从全面整体性、前后兼容性、贯穿始终性等多维度入手进行剖析.基于此,本文对房屋建筑工程施工技术和现场施工管理进行剖析,提出了相应的强化对策,以便为相关人员提供借鉴.
Abstract
In general,construction project is different from other engineering projects,it is a complex engineering project covering the design,decision-making,construction,acceptance and other functions,and each construction link is interlocking,mutually restrictive and mutually managed.Therefore,for the construction technology and on-site construction management of housing construction projects,it is necessary to perform an analysis from multiple dimensions such as overall integrity,compatibility,and continuity.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the construction technology and on-site construction management of housing construction projects,and puts forward corresponding strengthening countermeasures to provide reference for relevant personnel.
