Research on Technical Management Ideas at All Stages of Water Conservancy Project Construction
This paper analyzes and summarizes the technical management at the early,middle and late stages of water conservancy project construction,discusses the application of construction management informatization and technological innovation,expounds the definition and significance of water conservancy project construction management,and discusses the pre-construction work task decomposition and allocation,mid-construction progress control and management,and post-construction completion acceptance and technical disclosure.The study shows that scientific technical management ideas can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality of water conservancy projects,and promote the continuous improvement of the construction process.Finally,this paper puts forward the importance of construction management informatization,and provides a useful reference for improving the construction management level of water conservancy projects.
