Exploration of Future Development Trend of Construction Industry in New Era
The"14th Five-Year Plan"for the development of the construction industry states that,the construction industry still has the problems of low development quality and efficiency,which is mainly manifested in the extensive development mode,low labor productivity,and low overall construction quality.Therefore,in the case of transformation into inventory quality improvement and incremental structural adjustment for large-scale buildings,the construction industry also needs to change its development ideas,transform from the pursuit of high-speed growth to the pursuit of high-quality development,and embark on a new path of intensive development,which is of great practical significance.Taking the development status of the construction industry as the starting point,this paper focuses on the analysis of the future development trend and focus of the construction industry in the new era.
